): would you call being in denial that AA's over withdrawal symptoms? haha

like my dear darling michelle, i was reading everyone's blogs, from sec 1s to sec 4s, and reading the long chain of mails from our batch, and reading some of my AA letters and the tears just kept rolling down ):

boohoo i don't want to accept the fact that AA's over POOF ): all the months of preparations all over over over after friday night ):

but that night it showed me what BATCH LOVE is. as we were crying and hugging and praying for the rain to stop, as we were helping each other with the dance throughout, with all the different committees, i think it's only at such events when we truly realise how much we need one another. like during rural hike last year and at camp.



and it also showed me the unity of the BIG GUIDING FAMILY (: from the sec 4s mopping up the amphi, the sec twos, the sec ones, the sec threes, and even the YAs joined in. and when i saw that i was so touched i wanted to cry too.

and in the hall, although the silly rain dampened our spirits, seeing everyone's beaming faces put a smile on my face too.

so THANK YOU everyone for helping to make AA a success <3

HOORAY AA 2006 was a success! THANK YOU EVERYONE for all the HARD WORK AND THE EFFORT put into making it SUCH A BLAST! (:

MANY THANKS to the following people:

** The GLAM RECRUITS for dancing with great ENTHUSIASM and for SMILING LOTS :D

** The 30 sec 2s in the GUARD OF HONOUR for standing in position for ONE WHOLE HOUR while waiting for the GOH’s arrival!

** The USHERS who were very smartly dressed and walked up and down in HEELS ushering people around (:

** The HELPERS in all the committees like banner, souvenirs, structure, props and décor, for all the HARD WORK!

** The sec 3 REFRESHMENTS people for the YUMMY FOOD (:

** The AA COMMITTEE ICs for their dedication to making AA turn out GOOD- preparation for AA started way back in January! (:

**The ACTRESSES AND EMCEES without whom there would be no AA (:

AND LASTLY, EVERYONE AND EVERYONE for the ENTHUSIASM and EXCITEMENT on Friday night that went a long way in making AA 2006 so WONDERFUL (:

We hope that you all had fun and have gained a lot from this in one way or another! And MOST IMPORTANTLY, REMEMBER! At the end of the walk of fame, it is not the fame that truly matters, BUT THE WALK.
